About Us

Ranch-Raised. Veteran-Led. Meat You Can Trust.

We run a small, family-owned lamb operation grounded in hard work, respect for the land, and a life lived close to the animals we raise. Every lamb we raise starts with calm pastures, careful hands, and a commitment to doing things the right way — no shortcuts, no hormones, just honest ranching.

Kaley is a sixth-generation ranch kid, raised with dirt under her nails and generations of livestock knowledge passed down through her family. Anthony, an 82nd Airborne Army veteran, brings discipline, focus, and a deep sense of service from his military career. Together, we’ve blended ranch heritage with a veteran’s dedication, building a life on the land that serves our community with every animal we raise.

From lambing season to pasture care, health checks to bookkeeping, we do it all side by side. Every day is long, every job matters, and every decision comes from a place of pride in our work. Our lambs are handled gently, raised ethically, and given the space and time to grow naturally — because calm, stress-free care makes better animals and better meat.

We are Homegrown By Heroes accredited, a program honoring U.S. veterans in agriculture, and proud to uphold those standards in everything we do. On top of that, we maintain USDA compliance and partner with Bear Mountain Beef in Hawk Springs, Wyoming — a certified facility that shares our values for careful, clean processing and professional handling.

At the heart of our ranch is a simple promise: to deliver meat that’s sustainably raised, ethically handled, and rooted in generations of hard work and service. From our pastures to your plate, every cut carries the story of the land, our family, and the care it takes to raise lamb the right way.

The Crew That Chews

Meet the real stars of the ranch — our sheep. Rugged, hardy, and built to thrive, these sheep aren’t just livestock — they’re family, flavor, and the reason our lamb stands apart. Every day they roam our pastures under calm, careful, hands-on care, from lambing season to daily check-ins, making sure they grow healthy, stress-free, and strong.

Why hair sheep crosses? Lean, tender, full of flavor, and naturally resilient, they’re perfect for the way we raise lamb — with patience, pride, and a touch of ranch-born grit. Because we’re in the fields with them morning and night, we know every bite of meat carries the story of hard work, stewardship, and respect for the land and the animals we raise. That’s what makes our lamb taste bold, rich, and unmistakably Garcia Eat Meats.
